Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The competition is open to all renters who book a vehicle via the MyCamper platform during the campaign period.
Only confirmed bookings made between November 3 and November 23, 2025, and completed within 2026, are eligible to participate.
Participation is automatic upon booking. No separate registration or application is required.
Each renter can only enter once. Multiple entries are not possible.
Winner Selection and Cashback Rules
One winner will be selected per calendar week (Week 45, 46 and Week 47).
Each selected winner will receive a cashback of up to 1,500 EUR, covering the initial booking amount (excluding additional services or extra costs incurred after the competition ended).
The cashback will only be paid after the trip has been successfully completed and verified by MyCamper.
The cashback amount will be paid via the payment method linked to the renter’s MyCamper account.
Limitations and Exclusions
Only the initial booking amount is eligible for reimbursement. Extras such as mileage packages, service fees, add-ons, or insurance upgrades are excluded.
The competition is not open to MyCamper employees or contractors, nor their immediate family members.
Bookings that are canceled by the renter or not completed are automatically disqualified. The reimbursement is lost.
Fraud Prevention and Rights
MyCamper reserves the right to:
Cancel the cashback in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation.
Suspend user accounts found in violation of these terms or the platform’s general terms and conditions.
Disqualify bookings that do not meet the campaign criteria or appear to be artificially generated.
General Conditions
The winners will be notified via email within 14 days after the competition is completed.
The cashback will be processed within 30 days of completion of the trip, subject to verification.
The competition is organized by MyCamper AG, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland.
MyCamper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for legal or operational reasons.
