There are some special regulations for caravans. With a category B driving license, you can tow a caravan up to 750 kg, or you can tow a caravan whose total weight together with the total weight including the towing vehicle does not exceed 3.5 tons. In Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, you need to have held a driver's license for at least 3 years when renting vehicles with Omocom insurance. If the vehicle has private insurance or is outside these countries, this limitation does not apply.
For all bookings, a driver's license must be registered within the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States of America, or Switzerland.
An international driver's license is required for drivers from the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States of America.
