What happens if the owner cancels my booking?

In general, vehicle owners cannot cancel confirmed bookings. However, if the vehicle is sold or damaged, we may have to cancel the booking. In such cases, the renter will, of course, receive a full refund.

MyCamper can assist in finding a replacement vehicle on the platform. You can reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help. However, we cannot guarantee that a similar vehicle will be available.
