Cancellation Policies

Each vehicle owner selects the cancellation policy that applies to their vehicle. The three available cancellation policies are:


Standard Policy:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before check-in: 0% of Rental amount charged
  • Cancellation 30-60 days before check-in: 25% of Rental amount charged
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of Rental amount charged


Flexible Policy:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before check-in: 0% of Rental amount charged
  • Cancellation 7-60 days before check-in: 25% of Rental amount charged
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of Rental amount charged


Strict Policy:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before check-in: 25% of Rental amount charged
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of Rental amount charged

  • Booking page under the "Cancellation" section
  • Vehicle profile under the "Cancellation" section
