What happens if the renter cancels a confirmed booking?

You as the vehicle owner get to decide what cancellation policy you wish your vehicle to use. There are three options for cancellation policies on the platform, Flex (Maximize bookings), Standard, and Strict (Minimize cancelations). The "Flex" option makes your vehicle more attractive to renters.
