What happens if the owner cancels my booking?

In general vehicle owners can't cancel confirmed bookings. But if the vehicle is sold or damaged we have to unfortunately cancel the booking. In this case, the full rental amount is paid back to the renter of course. 


MyCamper can then help the renter to find a replacement vehicle on the platform. You can contact us via support@mycamper.com and we are happy to help you. But unfortunately we can't guarantee that an equivalent vehicle is available.
