How can I shorten my booking?

If you need to shorten your booking, you can log in to your MyCamper account and navigate to the "Bookings" section.


  1. Find the booking you want to modify and click the button "Change date".
  2. In the next step, select your desired rental period and confirm with the button "Send change request"
  3. The request to shorten your booking will be sent to the owner.


You will be notified when the owner has reviewed your request:

  • If the owner accepts: The booking dates will be updated, and the rental price will be automatically adjusted. If the new price is lower than the original amount, the difference will be refunded automatically.
  • If the owner declines: Your booking will remain unchanged, and the original price will still apply.
