If you need to shorten your booking, you can log in to your MyCamper account and navigate to the "Bookings" section.
- Find the booking you want to modify and click the button "Change date".
- In the next step, select your desired rental period and confirm with the button "Send change request"
- The request to shorten your booking will be sent to the owner.
You will be notified when the owner has reviewed your request:
- If the owner accepts: The booking dates will be updated, and the rental price will be automatically adjusted. If the new price is lower than the original amount, the difference will be refunded automatically.
- If the owner declines: Your booking will remain unchanged, and the original price will still apply.
