When do I get an answer to my booking request?

You will receive an answer to your booking request within 24 hours after sending it. The vehicle owner must accept or reject the request within this timeframe.

Once the owner responds, you will get a notification via email informing you whether the request has been accepted, rejected, or if the owner has sent a message.

If the owner does not respond within 24 hours, the request expires automatically, and any amount reserved on your credit card will be unblocked (though it may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank).


If you're in a hurry, you can also check for instant booking options, where certain owners allow bookings to be confirmed immediately.
