As an owner, you will receive payment after the check-in has been approved by the renter and the rental period has started. You may also receive additional payments during and after the rental period, for example for extra costs that are registered at the check-out.
You can find your payments on the website in Economy. You can access this page via the Menu button on your mobile phone. On the computer, you will find the menu option if you click on your profile picture in the top right. Then you choose "Economy" and you will be directed to the payments page.
When viewing a booking you can also see the payment details for the specific booking.
Please note that from the time the money is paid out, it can take 5-10 business days before the money is visible on your account, depending on which bank you are using. Unfortunately, MyCamper cannot speed up this process.
