You'll know your booking is confirmed on MyCamper when:
1. Instant Booking
If the vehicle offers Instant Booking, your booking is immediately confirmed as soon as you complete the first payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email and can see the details in your MyCamper account under Bookings.
2. Booking Request (Manual Approval by Owner)
If the owner requires approval, your booking is confirmed only after the owner accepts your request and you make the first payment. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and the status will update in your account.
Where to Check Your Booking Status?
Log in to your MyCamper account.
Go to “My Bookings”to see the status:
- Pending = Waiting for the owner’s approval.
- Confirmed = The booking is finalized.
- Canceled = The booking request was not accepted or has expired.
