How do I book a motorhome or caravan at MyCamper?

Create a profile
In order to rent a camping vehicle, you must first fill out a profile about yourself and verify yourself with your bank ID, your passport or ID card. This verification means that owners know who they are renting to and can feel more secure.
Search for a camping vehicle
To find a suiting vehicle you can enter your dates and details into the search field on the platform. You can specify where you want to pick up the vehicle and between which dates you want to rent it. You can also use a filter in which you can enter certain requirements, e.g. the minimum number of beds, winter suitability or whether children or animals are allowed in the vehicle. In this way, the search results are filtered according to your preferences so that you can find the vehicle that is best suited to your camping trip. Both on the tablet and on the computer, you can see on an integrated map where the various vehicles available for hire are located.
Send a booking request or make an instant booking
Once you have found a vehicle that you would like to rent, send a booking request to the owner. To do this, click on the "Send booking request" button. A booking request in always binding, that is why you also have to fill in you credit card details. If you withdraw your request, the owner declines your request or does not answer during 24h we will release the money from our side.
The owner has to answer
With binding booking owners have 24h to answer to booking requests. If they decline or don't answer in time you can send an new booking request. We recommend doing an instant booking. In this case the booking will be confirmed immediately with no additional confirmation of the owner. Vehicles with instant booking are marked with a flash.
