How quickly do I need to respond or confirm a booking request?

You as the owner need to confirm or reject a booking request within 24 hours. You will always be notified when you receive a booking request. An email will also be sent to the renter as soon as you have sent a message, accepted or declined a booking request.

Note that your acceptance rate is indicated on your vehicle profile and owners who have higher acceptance rates are more attractive to renters. If you cannot accept booking requests during a period, we recommend that you fill in your availability calendar. You can see how to do this in the article here.
