As a vehicle owner, you must confirm or reject a booking request within 24 hours. However, if both you and the renter are still discussing the rental details, you have the option to extend the response time to 48 hours. You will receive a notification whenever a new booking request is made. Additionally, renters will be notified via email when you send a message, accept, or decline a request.
Tip:
Your acceptance rate is displayed on your vehicle profile. Owners with a higher acceptance rate are more attractive to renters, as it indicates responsiveness and reliability.
If you are unable to accept booking requests for a certain period, we urge you to update your availability calendar to prevent unnecessary requests.
