What can I do if my booking request expires without an answer?

If your request expires without an answer you can either send it once more or send a message to the owner or look for another vehicle. We are working on forcing owners to answer every booking request but sometimes there is no answer. If you need help you can also contact us by email (support@mycamper.com). There are also vehicles on MyCamper that can be booked instantly. These profiles are marked with a lightning bolt.


As a renter, you can send a booking request for a camping vehicle and will be informed within 24 hours whether the rental will take place or not; if there are still many questions to be clarified, owners can also extend the period. 


As soon as a booking request sent by you is accepted, it is binding. As long as the booking request has not been accepted by the owner, you can still withdraw it.
