How can I change the main driver in my booking?

On MyCamper, the account holder is always considered the main driver for a booking. If you need to change the main driver, follow these steps :


The person who will become the new main driver must create their own MyCamper account. The new driver must verify their MyCamper account, which includes ID verification.


Once the new driver’s account is verified, the current account holder should contact MyCamper support per mail to request the transfer of the booking to the new account. Provide the booking ID and the new driver’s MyCamper account email address.


MyCamper will verify the request and switch the booking to the new driver’s account. Requests to switch the main driver should be made well before the rental start date to allow sufficient time for processing.
