- Extending a Booking: The rental period can only be extended via the MyCamper platform. The renter must create a change request, and the owner must accept it. If the extension is not approved, the original rental period stated in the rental agreement remains in effect.
- Modifying a Booking: If you need to adjust the rental duration or other details, MyCamper must be informed to ensure that the insurance is extended accordingly. An additional service fee may apply based on the difference between the original and final rental sum.
