How can I cancel my booking?

As a renter, to cancel a confirmed booking where a down payment has been made, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your booking page on MyCamper.

  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel.

  3. Go to the "Cancellation" section to view the cancellation policy and any applicable costs.

  4. Review the details, then click "Cancel Booking" to proceed with the cancellation.

If you haven’t paid the down payment for your booking, the system will automatically cancel the reservation once the payment due date passes. No action is required from you in this case. Additionally, you won’t see a cancellation button in your booking details because the system handles the cancellation automatically.### What if I don’t see a cancellation button? If the down payment hasn’t been made, the system automatically cancels the booking, and no cancellation button will be displayed.

Can I actively cancel a booking if I haven’t paid the down payment?

No, you cannot actively cancel a booking in the system if the down payment hasn’t been made. The reservation will be automatically canceled once the payment due date passes.

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy set by the vehicle owner and only apply to bookings where a down payment has been made.
