When should I pay?

Modified on Mon, 3 Mar at 3:59 PM

As a renter, your payment process depends on when your rental starts. When you make a booking more than 30 days in advance, you need to pay 25% of the total rental amount upfront. This payment is required once the owner confirms the booking.

If your rental starts in less than 30 days, the full amount must be paid immediately upon booking. This ensures that your reservation is secured without delays.

The remaining 75% of the rental cost is due no later than 30 days before the start of your rental period.

It is important to complete this payment on time to avoid any issues with your booking.

If a deposit is required by the owner, it must be paid before check-in.
