How can I use a giftcard ?

Currently, renters cannot directly use a giftcard to pay for their bookings. However, you can still redeem your gift card by following these steps:

Pay for your booking in full
Complete your booking by paying the total amount, which includes both the down payment and the rental fee.
Send the gift card code to support
Email your giftcard code to [email protected] after completing your payment.
Receive a refund
Once your giftcard is verified, the support team will refund the corresponding amount to the credit card you used for the booking.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
