When your vehicle profile displays a "Top Owner" badge in search results, it attracts more attention and trust from potential renters. This badge serves as a symbol of reliability and frequently leads to an improve in the number of booking requests for your vehicle.
To achieve "Top Owner" status, owners must satisfy three specific criteria, outlined as follows:
1. Minimum of 7 Rentals Since Registration
Owners need to have completed at least 7 rentals since their registration. The total number of bookings can be tracked on the dashboard. If an owner offers multiple vehicles for rent on MyCamper, all these vehicles contribute to meeting this requirement.
2. Average Review Rating of at Least 4.5 Stars
Owners must maintain an average review rating of at least 4.5 stars (out of a maximum of 5 stars). Renter reviews play a crucial role in reflecting the overall experience, covering aspects from the booking request to the pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle, as well as communication. Your positive approach significantly contributes to the quality of your rentals and the success of MyCamper, as positive experiences are often shared and celebrated.
3. Acceptance Rate of at Least 60% during the last 365 days
The acceptance rate is calculated based on all booking requests accepted during the evaluation period. This includes lenders who allow instant booking. It's crucial for renters that a request is not rejected when the vehicle is displayed as available on the platform. Lack of response or delayed responses to rental requests can erode renters' trust. In your profile, you can specify your rental terms and conditions and use the calendar to update vehicle availability, maximizing the chances of receiving suitable booking requests that align with your preferences.
To check your standing in the "Top Owner" program, go to your dashboard. There, you will find a comprehensive overview detailing the current position of your vehicle profile.
