How does the refund process work in the event of a cancellation?

If a booking is canceled, the refund will be automatically processed to the credit card used for the booking (or for Swiss customers, to their TWINT account) through our payment provider, Stripe.


Processing Time


Once the refund is initiated, it may take a few banking days for the amount to appear in your account. The exact duration depends on your bank’s processing times, but it is typically much faster than the previously stated up to 10 days.


Checking Your Refund Status


You can view your refund details on your booking page.


If you do not see the refund in your account within a reasonable timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank (or for Swiss customers, checking their TWINT account) for further clarification.
