What is the payment procedure?

The renter submits the payment, including the service fee, to MyCamper using credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. MyCamper processes all payments through the third-party provider Stripe*. 

When a booking request is made over 30 days before check-in, the renter pays a 25% down payment of the booking amount. The remaining balance must be settled at least 30 days before the check-in date.

Earliest 7 days and latest the day before check-in you have to pay the deposit on your booking. MyCamper will hold the amount in the booking until the check-out. Find out more about the deposit here

All payments made from MyCamper to both owners and renters take between 5-10 working days to reach the recipient's account.

*Stripe, a globally recognized payment provider operating in 120 countries, is utilized by MyCamper. All user-entered information on the MyCamper website is encrypted and remains confidential, not shared with third parties.
