How can I contact an owner before booking the vehicle?

If you have any questions for the owner, you can contact them directly by sending a message. To do this, go to the relevant vehicle profile, scroll down to the Owner Information section, and click the "Send Message" button.



When you send a booking request, the owner has 24 hours to accept it. Once the owner accepts the request, the booking becomes final. However, if the request has not yet been accepted, you can withdraw it free of charge at any time.


For instant bookings, the request is automatically accepted without the owner's prior approval.
