How can I contact an owner before booking the vehicle?

If you have any questions for the owner , you can contact them directly and write a message. To do so, click on the relevant vehicle profile and scroll down the page until you reach the owner information. There you will find the button "Send message".



When you send a booking request, the owner has 24 hours to accept it. As soon as the booking request has been accepted by the owner, it is final. As long as the request has not been accepted, you can withdraw it free of charge.


In the case of an instant booking, the booking is accepted without prior acceptance by the owner.
