How do I send messages to the renter?

To message a renter, you must create a profile, list a vehicle, and receive either a booking request or a message from the renter. If you are renting out in a Nordic country, you must be ID verified before responding.


ID Verification by Country:


  • Sweden & Norway: Use BankID.
  • Denmark: Use MitID.
  • Finland: Use bank details.


How to Send a Message:


Once you receive a booking request, a "Send Message" button will appear; on your Mobile: At the bottom of the screen; on the desktop: On the right side of the page.


Receiving & Responding to Messages


  • A notification appears at the top right of the website when you receive a message.
  • Click "Messages" to open the full conversation.
  • You will also receive an email notification when a renter contacts you.
  • The email contains a link to the conversation where you can reply directly.
